REFUND POLICY 

Returns

Orders must be returned within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. For returns the postage will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty however, please contact us before making a return.

PLEASE NOTE – If your snap bar arrives snapped this is not classed as faulty as this is the nature of our snap bars and is what they are designed to do. If snap bars arrive snapped it does not compromise the melt or scent of the product.

If however the customer wishes to return a snapped wax melt bar then they may do so but they will be responsible for the return postage costs. If returning items means that the order value goes below the free postage value that item will be refunded minus the original postage costs that would’ve been incurred.

Any refunds will take 5-10 days to appear on your statement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We also require a proof of posting for any returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items,gift cards and personalised items . 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
